What The Day Will Look Like for an Operations Specialist II
- Manage and process complex client/carrier fulfillment duties.
- Facilitate communication and teamwork across departments to solve operational challenges efficiently.
- Attend and participate in client and internal meetings.
- Responsible for client escalations and audits; provide required research and supply documents and/or data as requested.
- Maintain department productivity standards and goals.
- Ensure compliance with team standard operating procedures.
- Liaison with other teams within Aon Affinity.
- Coordinate document processes between entities, archival and retrieval.
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actionable enhancements.
- Generate, analyze, and share operational reports to support informed decision-making.
- Embrace continuous learning by actively pursuing training and development opportunities.
- Special/additional projects as requested.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 2-4 years of administrative general office experience.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Proven ability to prioritize work and complete tasks within service levels.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong PC Skills - Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.
Education
High School Diploma or GED.
