The Role: Jr. Digital Product Manager
Under the guidance of the Senior Digital Product Manager for payments, the Jr. Digital Product Manager will be instrumental in deploying various digital products focused on checkout experience, payment processing, and downstream payment workflows. This role aims to empower policy-holders and brokers to make payments effortlessly.
You will act as an advocate for end-users, taking ownership of launching new digital payment capabilities and enhancements. This involves collaborating with a cross-functional team and partnering with multiple business units and shared services to develop, test, measure, and continuously improve digital assets with stakeholders across the organization. The team leverages Agile, lean start-up methodology, and other innovation best practices to ensure solutions are anchored in a deep understanding of user needs, accelerating speed-to-learning and successful launches.
Skills and Experience for Success
- 2-4 years of product management experience.
- Insurance experience is preferred; payment experience is a plus.
- Exhibit critical thinking and a willingness to collaborate with the team to champion end-users.
- Support the 'voice of the user', contribute to vision development, and communicate the vision and 'story' to key team members throughout product stages.
- Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product analysts, UX designers, IT architects, sales and marketing teams, and external technology partners.
- Collaborate with other digital product managers to launch payment capabilities and support cross-functional products.
- Contribute to decision-making and solution development, addressing organizational needs with technology, process, product, and planning.
- Experience simultaneously leading one or more small workstreams, developing product release plans, and managing priorities within multi-phased sprints.
- Connect workstream release planning with overall capability development and dependency identification.
- Support the overall payment product roadmap under the direction of the Senior Product Manager for payments.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and proactively remove blockers with development teams.
- Believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team.
- Be flexible, adaptable to change, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Education
Bachelors degree or an equivalent amount of relevant professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits (U.S. Applicants)
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000, varying based on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and geographic location. The salary range provided is based on a primary work location of Minnesota.
This role is eligible for Aon’s annual incentive plans, offering a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
