International Coordination Officer

Join our rapidly growing International Department and take on new challenges daily! Aon is seeking an International Coordination Officer for a fixed-term contract (CDD), available immediately.

Your Daily Missions

Within the AGCN department, you will ensure international coordination for a client portfolio. This includes managing renewals and projects across various countries where Aon operates as a broker. You will also assist in preparing client meetings by gathering information from local correspondents.

  • Communicate instructions for setting up and/or renewing programs after verifying their execution and compliance with Aon's international broker network.
  • Coordinate with international insurer management teams to ensure local program deployment.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and analyze their impact on client insurance programs to ensure contract and warranty compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Client Director to structure Aon's network remuneration (in France and locally) according to Aon Global Client Network rules.
  • Work with Technical and Commercial departments on analyzing local contracts and international insurance matters.
  • Ensure production of loss reporting to the Aon network in France and internationally, in collaboration with the Claims Technical Departments.
  • Contribute to the implementation of insurance policies and attestations with French and international Aon network Technical Departments.
  • Develop client reports detailing all actions undertaken by International Coordination throughout the year, providing clients with clear visibility on their international programs.

Your Skills and Experience Will Lead to Success

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business/Insurance and have successful experience in managing RC-DAB insurance contracts. A very good level of English is required.
