Location: Virtual, with flexibility to collaborate across regions under Aon’s Smart Working approach and based in Spain.

What The Day Will Look Like

You’ll lead client-facing growth initiatives—owning propositions, managing internal and external relationships, and driving pipeline creation and conversion. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver revenue and seed future growth.

  • Client Leadership: Act as a growth lead for Employee Experience propositions, ensuring seamless handover from sales to onboarding and maintaining client confidence.
  • Broker & Enterprise Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co-create solution plays and run joint sessions (webinars, workshops).
  • Pipeline Ownership: Drive proactive pipeline management with ≥95% forecast accuracy; create new opportunities across brokers, enterprise clients, and new logos.
  • RFP & Proposal Leadership: Lead high-quality responses for EX-related RFPs, ensuring compelling narratives and compliance.
  • Expansion Strategy: Develop white-space maps and co-create expansion roadmaps for top clients; secure pilots for new services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain 100% accuracy in Aon Connect; deliver revenue tracking to inform growth decisions.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Previous experience (3 - 5 years) in client-facing growth roles (consulting, sales, or business development).
  • Proven experience in the Employee Experience (EX) field.
  • Strong ability to lead complex propositions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and international teams.
  • Highly valuable: previous experience in the insurance or brokerage sector, or working closely with brokers and insurance partners.
  • Strategic mindset with pipeline management expertise and ability to deliver.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable leading joint sessions and workshops.
  • Tools and technology: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams; Aon Connect; Data tools (Power BI or similar); project management tools.

Success Measures in Your First 6–12 Months

  • Deliver seamless client transitions and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual revenue target and contribute to team goal.
  • Create measurable new EX pipeline across existing and new clients.
  • Respond to RFPs with high short-list rate.
  • Secure pilots and expansion commitments for new services/countries.
