Aon Graduate Programme 2026 - Innovation & Analytics, Data Analyst

In this two-year programme, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business through four job rotations (6-month cycle) across different business areas. You will participate in Agile scrum-based projects and have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the Aon business, gaining knowledge and insight into our world of data and analytics.
Graduates will be placed in various areas of the business and will have the opportunity to explore risk management and data analytics during the course of the programme.
Data Analyst Role
What The Day Will Look Like
In the Data Analyst role, you will act as a champion for Aon’s suite of analytical tools and help business leaders drive performance by supporting the delivery of analytics solutions around client data.
Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
- Ability to extract and transform data using SQL, Python, Pyspark or similar technologies.
- Ability to identify key insights from the data based on in-depth analysis.
- Ability to visualize the results by following Aon's design guidelines using PowerBI (or Tableau).
- Knowledge of statistical and advanced machine learning to model complex relationships is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GenAI and its applications is a plus.
- Willing to pick up adjacent skills to analytics to help move the product from concept to commercial data-driven products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player.
- Ability to convey technical findings to a non-technical audience in an engaging and easy way.
- Ability to think deeply regarding the ethical consequences of their work.
