Analytics Project Manager

About the Role

The Analytics Project Manager will work with global stakeholders to understand their needs and articulate a delivery method that supports the Human Capital strategy at Aon. This role requires a background in analytics or a technology-related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business SMEs to develop business requirements for platform initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc business analytics and preliminary analysis.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables.
• Assist technical product owner with strategy assessment/development.
• Manage development backlog and define sprint requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and local business units ensuring traceability and quality.
• Conduct training for internal teams on new processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with risk, privacy and other legal requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in product management.
• Proven track record in product development and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to foresee emerging business needs.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of project management processes, agile practices, and risk management.

Education

University degree, preferably in an analytics or technology-related discipline.
