Aon is seeking candidates with strong administration and stakeholder management skills interested in a career in insurance. The Aon Client Services team is a business critical unit that enhances customer experience across Australia with a presence in 6 locations.
Position Overview
This Service Executive role is available within the Global and Corporate team and is based in the Brisbane or Sydney office. As a hybrid role, you will work both from the office and from home while collaborating with Client Managers, Client Executives, and Account Executives across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client account portfolio management.
- Work closely with Client Managers to address client queries.
- Attend client meetings and manage insurer relationships.
- Support tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting.
- Manage quote slips, invoicing, and complex premium calculations.
- Provide leadership and training to Service Specialists.
