Publisher Engagement Specialist at AnyMind Group
The Publisher Engagement Specialist at AnyMind Group is a pivotal role, focusing on cultivating and nurturing relationships with online publishers. You will be instrumental in delivering timely support and expert technical guidance to facilitate the seamless implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns. This position demands a keen eye for performance, involving continuous monitoring across programmatic platforms and insightful data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue acceleration. Meeting publisher benchmarks is key, alongside staying abreast of the latest industry trends. Furthermore, you will actively manage trading activities and contribute to the team's collective growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Do
- Search for, acquire, and build strong relationship management with key online publishers in the Philippines.
- Provide excellent and timely service and technological advice to online publisher partners for advertising implementation.
- Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance, offering strategic suggestions to publishers for improvement.
- Proactively communicate with existing publisher partners to ensure performance benchmarks and expectations are met.
- Meet revenue targets by optimizing, tracking, and analyzing advertising performance, making data-driven suggestions.
- Manage trades within multiple programmatic consoles, applying a deep understanding of campaign optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry research figures and emerging trends in the digital market.
- Collect and analyze sales and operational data to inform decisions.
- Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating team members.
Who You Are
- Possess a recognized university degree.
- Have a good command of English.
- Bring at least 4 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Demonstrate a keen desire to expand knowledge of AdTech's inner workings.
- Experienced in Online Advertising, Google Advertising products, Ad Networks, and Ad Exchanges.
- Proficient in Excel and advanced in other MS Office programs.
- Familiar with and thrive in a startup culture.
- Exhibit an analytical mindset and a methodical approach to working with data sets.
- Possess client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage issues.
- Show good management and leadership skills.
- Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
