Job Overview: Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting daily customer interactions via phone and email. Your role will involve presenting various service options and actively promoting our high-quality standards. You will utilize call management software to accurately document all customer interactions and collaborate closely with the operations teams at the locations you support.

Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Ability to work effectively with operations teams, customers, and team members
- Multi-channel outreach experience (text, email, and phone) with high quantity of daily touches
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
