Team Support & Administrative Duties

The Office Administrator manages executive calendars, arranges travel, prepares meeting materials, supports the sales department, handles customer gifts, and maintains filing systems.

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling for executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Prepare meetings and support sales projects
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle customer contact lists and support communication

Office Management

The role ensures a smooth-running office by coordinating daily operations, managing office supplies, maintenance, and security, and organizing team events and meetings.

  • Coordinate operational activities and compliance with policies
  • Approve expenses and manage departmental budgets
  • Distribute mail, welcome guests, and maintain office environment

Qualifications & Skills
