Role Summary

The Senior Technical Project Manager will manage software development projects for Anuvu's Onboard Services and Digital Media product lines. This role is a key part of the project management team, collaborating closely with Product Management and Software Development teams. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing complex development projects by breaking them down into manageable pieces.
• Working closely with the Product & Account Management teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, committed, and seamlessly handed off to development teams for execution.
• Anticipating bottlenecks, ensuring appropriate escalation management, and balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Preparing, maintaining, and communicating project management artifacts.
• Effectively communicating schedules, priorities, and status updates to all levels within the company.
• Collaborating with the Project Development team during all stages of the development process (sprint planning, reviews, and daily scrums).
• Supporting Development and Operations managers with team and resource allocation.
• Facilitating and organizing efficient internal and client-facing project meetings.
• Serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams, various internal stakeholders, and third parties.
• Contributing to process improvement practices at all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background, university/college diploma, or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5 years of experience in technical project management in a software development environment.
• Considerable experience working with agile & waterfall software development methodologies.
• Experience in developing or delivering products requiring collaboration between internal cross-functional tech teams and external partners; an asset.
• Experience managing projects with remote teams; an asset.
• PMP, CSM/PSM certifications; an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).
