About the role
About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Programmatic Manager to lead and expand demand across our ad exchange. This role focuses on hands-on experience with OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, and direct demand integrations, rather than GAM or trafficking. In this position, you will collaborate directly with prominent industry partners including Criteo, PubMatic, Microsoft, Freewheel, Google, InMobi, Amazon, Nexxen, Sovrn, Equativ, and Magnite.Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and manage demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges).
- Engage directly with OpenRTB bid requests/responses.
- Manage integrations across various environments: CTV, In-App, Web, Native, and Audio.
- Implement SDK-based and server-to-server setups.
- Work with Prebid, VAST, TAM, and custom integrations.
- Monitor and optimize CPMs, bid density, fill rate, and overall demand performance.
- Troubleshoot RTB issues, integration problems, and demand fluctuations.
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and high revenue quality.
- Monitor and act upon IVT (Invalid Traffic) using tools like Pixalate and DoubleVerify.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years in programmatic advertising, with a focus on the demand side.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with OpenRTB, Prebid, and VAST.
- Experience with CTV, in-app, or web environments.
- Experience integrating and scaling demand partners.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with IVT and traffic quality tools.
