About The Role
As a Technical Program Manager Enterprise Readiness, you will design and execute cross-functional programs to remove enterprise adoption barriers and accelerate adoption for Anthropic’s largest customers. You will lead strategic initiatives spanning product readiness, operational maturity, security and compliance, and GTM enablement essential for winning and retaining enterprise business.
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise Readiness program from strategy to execution.
- Translate customer asks into executable, impactful programs.
- Drive competitive analysis, roadmap prioritization, and gap identification.
- Coordinate complex multi-team initiatives across various departments.
- Establish premium enterprise support and drive deal cycle efficiency.
- Lead stakeholder communication with regular executive reporting.
- Build program structures for emerging enterprise requirements.

- Have 10+ years in technical program management delivering complex programs.
- Possess deep experience in enterprise readiness, GTM operations, or platform programs.
- Understand enterprise security frameworks and compliance certifications.
- Excel at translating technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Manage multi-team programs with strong organizational skills.
- Bring a data-driven approach and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Compensation & Logistics
Annual salary ranges from $365,000 to $435,000 USD. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required. This is a hybrid role with at least 25% in-office work. Visa sponsorship is available under specific conditions.
