About The Role
As the Technical Deployment Lead Applied AI, you will lead the delivery of transformational AI solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. You will own high-value engagements from signed SOW through production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional teams while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) with engineering teams.
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer needs.
- Oversee end-to-end AI product delivery and roadmap adjustments.
- Drive engagement delivery ensuring milestones and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and manage organizational complexity.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product/Design and customer teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with executive sponsors and technical leads.
- Lead delivery operations including sprint ceremonies and progress reporting.
- Navigate complex enterprise processes and mitigate risks.
- Document engagement patterns and contribute to operational infrastructure.
- Travel up to 25-50% to customer sites to build relationships and unblock issues.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 5+ years in technical program or delivery management for enterprise software.
- Experience delivering complex technical projects for Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise systems.
- Excellent executive presence to interact with C-suite and navigate enterprise dynamics.
- High agency, effective communication, and a process design mindset.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong Plus
- Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharma verticals.
- Background in Forward Deployed Engineering or Big 3/Big 4 consulting firms.
- Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with regulated industries and compliance.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies in client delivery contexts.
Compensation & Logistics
Annual Salary: $200,000—$300,000 USD. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work policy with office presence required at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available with some limitations.
