About The Role
As a Strategic Account Executive Financial Services at Anthropic, you will join the foundational team introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity SaaS solution to financial institutions. Leverage consultative sales expertise to drive safe AI adoption and secure strategic deals with banks, insurance companies, and research institutions.
Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive revenue within top banks and asset managers.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to financial services.
- Analyze financial market landscapes and translate plans into targeted sales activities.
- Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within financial institutions.
- Collaborate across teams to differentiate offerings and inform product development.
- Continuously refine sales methodologies and improve process efficiencies.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services technology, ideally with SaaS or emerging technologies.
- A proven track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
- Experience navigating financial procurement processes and building consensus among diverse financial stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of financial services buying cycles, decision-making processes, and pain points.
- A passion for advanced AI systems and their safe application in financial services.
Compensation & Logistics
Annual salary ranges from $350,000 to $410,000 USD. Benefits include equity, flexible working hours, generous leave policies, and a hybrid work arrangement. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
