About the Role

As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic India, you will act as a Pre-Sales architect. You will be a trusted technical advisor helping large enterprises in India and the APAC region to understand and deploy Claude into their technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to align customer requirements with technical solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Support customers with Claude API integrations and Claude for Work solutions.
  • Create and deliver technical content tailored for varied audiences.
  • Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into existing systems.
  • Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance.
  • Travel within India and the APAC region for workshops and deep dives.
  • Stay updated with the latest in LLM capabilities and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate across global teams and time zones, focusing on the India market.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
  • Experience with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements.
  • Experience with scalable cloud architectures and enterprise system integrations.
  • Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks or background in ML/data science.
  • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Logistics

An eligible candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role follows a location-based hybrid policy requiring at least 25% office presence. Visa sponsorship is available with some limitations.
