About the Role
In the role of Solutions Architect Applied AI Federal Civilian, you will serve as a Pre-Sales technical advisor for federal civilian agencies. You will help clients understand the value of Claude and guide them on integrating and deploying the solution into their technology stack while ensuring high safety and reliability standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the Claude adoption journey.
- Work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
- Support customers with building solutions using Claude, its API, and Claude for Enterprise.
- Create and deliver tailored technical content for diverse audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and drive effective integrations.
- Help develop frameworks to evaluate Claude's performance.
- Travel frequently for workshops, deep dives, and relationship building.
- Stay updated on the latest LLM capabilities and integration patterns.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
- Experience working with US federal agencies.
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.
- Expertise in designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks or a machine learning background.
- A passion for cross-organizational collaboration and mentoring.
Compensation & Logistics
The annual salary for this role ranges from $240,000 to $270,000 USD. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The position follows a location-based hybrid policy with at least 25% office presence and visa sponsorship is available under certain conditions.
