About The Role

The People Products team at Anthropic supports our mission by designing the blueprint for AI at work. You will work directly with Claude and have access to unique capabilities, enabling you to prototype and ship innovative tools and workflows in days or weeks. This is an opportunity to solve unsolved problems by combining technical excellence with people processes.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack, end-to-end solutions across the People Products portfolio.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows including tools, evals, prompts, and products.
• Collaborate with HR teams, recruiters, and managers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Make independent product and architecture decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute ideas on team operations and expanding applied AI in people workflows.

Strong Candidates May Also Have

• Familiarity with MCP or prior experience with Claude/LLM integrations.
• Experience at an AI-native company or in a product-focused startup environment.
• Background working with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.

Logistics

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid policy with at least 25% on-site presence.

Visa Sponsorship: Available with certain restrictions and support from our immigration lawyer.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $300,000—$405,000 USD.
