About The Role

Anthropic is seeking a strategic Go-To-Market Recruiter specializing in Applied AI to join our GTM recruiting organization. In this role, you will focus on building and scaling our Applied AI team—including Pre-Sales architects and technical advisors who help large enterprises successfully integrate and deploy Claude.

You will work closely with GTM recruiting colleagues to drive full-cycle recruiting for these customer-facing technical roles bridging cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI team roles including Solutions Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, Product Engineers, and other technical positions.
  • Partner with Applied AI leadership and GTM recruiting to develop hiring strategies aligned with GTM objectives.
  • Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify candidates with technical depth, customer empathy, and business acumen.
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that showcase Anthropic's mission.
  • Build talent pipelines with expertise in LLMs, cloud architecture, enterprise software integration, and technical consulting.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, market insights, and candidate leads.
  • Leverage Claude and other AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency while ensuring personalized engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends and talent availability specific to the Applied AI market.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years of technical or technical sales recruiting experience, preferably within GTM organizations in enterprise software or AI/ML companies.
  • Excel at recruiting for customer-facing technical roles requiring deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
  • Understand technical requirements of roles working with LLMs, APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise system integration.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and manage specialized searches effectively.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical hiring managers.
  • Are passionate about using AI to transform recruiting with a human-centered approach.

Strong Candidates May Also Have

  • Direct experience recruiting for pre-sales/solutions engineering roles in AI/ML.
  • Success working within GTM recruiting during periods of hypergrowth.
  • Expertise in developing specialized recruiting practices in a broader team structure.
  • Familiarity with challenges in deploying AI systems in enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating across recruiting teams to share resources and best practices.
  • A technical background or a proven record recruiting for highly specialized technical positions.

Compensation & Logistics

The expected base compensation is £145,000 GBP. Total compensation includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.

Work Arrangement: Location-based hybrid policy; staff expected in-office at least 25% of the time.

Visa Sponsorship: Available with reasonable efforts if an offer is made.
