About The Role

Anthropic is seeking an AI Research Recruiter to partner with our Research teams. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent in Machine Learning and AI research.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for technical talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to match team needs and qualifications.
  • Enhance recruiting processes with targeted outreach and bias reduction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to map long-term talent strategies.
  • Enhance Anthropic's employer brand in the research community.
  • Stay updated on recruiting best practices and emerging techniques.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting for technical research teams.
  • Possess a passion for AI and a realistic assessment of its risks.
  • Are experimental and open to creative, non-traditional recruiting strategies.

  • Have strong technical aptitude and the ability to evaluate technical qualifications.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a location-based hybrid policy. The role requires presence in our office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available in many cases, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation

The expected annual base salary ranges from $170,000 to $295,000 USD, complemented by equity, benefits, and incentive compensation.
