About The Role
As a Product Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines of delivering safe AI by responding to and investigating user needs. You will identify and close gaps in our team’s technical knowledge, provide high-touch support to strategic customers, and support customers at scale. Note: Specialists work Wednesday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in all Anthropic products.
- Respond to user support cases ranging from simple questions to complex API debugging.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse user personas.
- Manage on-call tasks for high-urgency issues with extreme ownership.
- Prioritize and adapt in an ever-evolving product landscape.
- Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Drive improvements to support processes and efficiency.
- Uplevel the team’s technical knowledge by identifying gaps and building resources.
Candidate Profile
You may be a good fit if you have technical product support experience, API debugging skills, familiarity with SaaS products, strong user empathy, excellent written communication, and troubleshooting experience with authentication flows like SSO, SAML, and OAuth. Experience in building foundational support teams and technical environments is highly valued.
Special Qualifications
- Comfort with command line interfaces and scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript).
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and current limitations.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Git workflows and version control.
- SQL proficiency for log querying and issue investigation.
- Experience supporting government or public sector customers.
- Background in team lead roles or managing support teams.
