About The Role
The Finance & Strategy, Product role at Anthropic is key in partnering with product teams to offer financial expertise and drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, building financial models, providing actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to align product and broader financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Guide product stakeholders on financial strategies and investments.
- Partner across functions to build models and analyze business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and forecasts highlighting key trends.
- Collaborate with Finance & Strategy and accounting teams.
- Establish reporting dashboards to track operational and financial metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product finance, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to build complex financial models.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with complex business models and cloud computing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Compensation & Logistics
The annual salary ranges from $235,000 to $310,000 USD. Anthropic follows a location-based hybrid policy requiring staff to be in-office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available for qualifying roles.
