About The Role

As Finance & Strategy Deal Operations at Anthropic, you will play a critical role in scaling revenue by managing complex deals and developing standardized processes that balance speed with control. You will work closely with finance, sales, legal, and compliance teams to ensure products reach customers and support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize deal-making execution processes.
  • Lead commercial projects to enhance customer sales experience.
  • Build AI-native tooling to scale commercial processes.
  • Optimize workflows to fast-track sales and reduce friction.
  • Bridge Sales and supporting teams for contract and compliance management.
  • Collaborate with Legal to ensure agreements meet commercial standards.
  • Track and analyze deal patterns to propose data-driven improvements.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, or commercial operations.
  • Can transform undefined processes into repeatable, scalable systems.

Strong Candidates May Also Have

Compensation & Logistics

The expected base compensation for this position is between $190,000 and $235,000 USD annually. Anthropic offers a full package including equity, benefits, and incentive compensation. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. The role follows a location-based hybrid policy, expecting staff to be in office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available on a case-by-case basis.
