About The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive Healthcare at Anthropic, you will be a foundational member introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity SaaS solution to healthcare organizations. You will secure strategic deals with health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations while driving revenue growth with a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive revenue in the healthcare industry.
- Navigate complex healthcare organizations to reach key decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to healthcare procurement and budgeting.
- Analyze healthcare market trends to translate plans into targeted sales campaigns.
- Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within clinical and administrative teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions and sales methodologies.
- Provide feedback to inform product roadmaps based on healthcare user insights.
- Identify process improvements to optimize sales productivity and consistency.
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 5+ years enterprise sales experience in healthcare with a focus on health systems, hospitals, or payor organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements within healthcare procurement frameworks.
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets using evolving pipelines and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various healthcare audiences.
- Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles and key pain points.
- A passion for advanced AI systems and their ethical application in clinical settings.
- Ability to develop and refine healthcare use cases for AI in collaboration with customers and partners.
Compensation & Logistics
The annual On Target Earnings range is $290,000—$360,000 USD. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This role follows a location-based hybrid policy, with a requirement to work from office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available depending on role and candidate fit.
