About the Role
The Customer Marketing Manager at Anthropic will support and nurture customer relationships from initial success to long-term advocacy. This role is focused on developing comprehensive programs to guide customers through their journey with Claude by combining strategic program development with excellent storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Support customer storytelling from identification to distribution.
- Create narratives showcasing Claude’s impact across industries.
- Develop multi-format campaigns to accelerate market adoption.
- Nurture relationships to foster authentic customer advocacy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Communications teams.
- Guide Sales with customer stories to accelerate deals.
- Drive engagement through loyalty programs and community initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong candidates have 6+ years in customer marketing with a B2B SaaS background, excellent storytelling skills, a data-driven approach, and a history of successful collaboration with diverse teams. Experience with enterprise tech and community programs is a plus.
Compensation & Logistics
- Annual Salary: 255,000 USD
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Location-based hybrid policy with office presence required at least 25%.
- Visa sponsorship available under qualifying conditions.
