About the Role: Tax Automation Business Analyst
Antal Poland is seeking a Tax Automation Business Analyst to join a corporate tax team. This hands-on role involves working closely with tax specialists to improve forecasting models, automate manual processes, and introduce modern automation tools. The primary focus is on enhancing efficiency and insight within the tax function by streamlining processes and leveraging automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the tax team to enhance tax forecasting models.
- Identify and automate manual tax and finance processes.
- Utilize automation tools and AI assistants, including Claude, Workato, and low-code platforms.
- Improve data flows for forecasting models and reporting.
- Translate complex business needs into practical automation solutions.
- Support the team in the adoption of new tools and improved workflows.
Experience Required
We are looking for candidates with strong automation capabilities from tax, finance, or transformation backgrounds. Ideal experience includes:
- Experience in tax, finance, or financial modelling.
- Proven expertise in process automation or workflow optimisation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data modelling.
- Experience in improving forecasting or analytical models.
- Ability to work directly with business teams to implement solutions.
Nice to Have
- Corporate tax experience.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, or other RPA tools.
- Exposure to AI productivity tools.
