Role & Responsibilities

As a Co-Founder & CEO LegalTech, you will:

  • Design commercial, product, and growth strategies
  • Build, lead, and motivate a strong team
  • Oversee operations and ensure alignment with the company mission
  • Analyze challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Review financial and non-financial results to drive improvements
  • Maintain deep market knowledge and build trust with partners
  • Present the vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and investors

Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record in taking projects from 0 to 1 and over 5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment are essential.
