About the role
Senior Blockchain Engineer Solana Rust
We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to help build next-generation blockchain infrastructure within the Solana ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Solana programs in Rust while contributing to large-scale DeFi and cross-chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Solana programs using Rust with Anchor or native frameworks.
- Scale and maintain existing blockchain infrastructure, with a focus on Token-2022 and advanced token standards.
- Optimize program performance, including compute units, account sizing, and transaction packing.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
- Build comprehensive testing frameworks, including fuzz testing, and prepare systems for external security audits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade applications in Rust.
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining Solana programs in production environments.
- Deep understanding of Solana's account model, rent mechanics, transaction limits, versioned transactions, and address lookup tables.
- Experience working with SPL Token Program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Solana DeFi ecosystem.
- Experience integrating or working with cross-chain protocols such as Wormhole, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.
- Familiarity with Solidity and EVM-based ecosystems.
