Job Details

This role is available as W-2 Employee with both full-time and part-time options. It is fully remote and open to candidates within the United States.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 6pm PT
  • Full-time: 40 hours weekly; Part-time: 20 hours weekly
  • Digital fluency (video calls, Google Suite, data systems, etc.)
  • Reliable internet and private professional workspace
  • Google Suite experience preferred

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients
  • Lead caregiver coaching and support
  • Conduct remote assessments and develop behavior plans
  • Ensure quality care through documentation
  • Coordinate with the clinical team
