Talent Agency Partner
Ansius is seeking a select group of high-performing independent recruiters and agency owners to join us as partners. We provide the infrastructure to significantly reduce your manual screening workload, enabling you to manage more roles, deliver superior shortlists, and boost profitability without extending your working hours. You will maintain your own brand identity and client relationships, while Ansius serves as your operational backbone, ensuring every decision is informed, swift, and rigorously evaluated.
The Partnership Model
This is not a role for typical recruiters; we are looking for strategic partners. Selected partners will gain complimentary access to the Ansius platform (valued at $2,000/month). In return for this investment, Ansius will receive a modest share of the placement fee, contingent upon successful hires. You retain full autonomy, keeping your clients, your brand, and your existing commercial agreements.
