Role Summary
We are looking for an independent recruiter or recruitment agency owner who already works with paying hiring clients and wants to increase placement speed and profitability. You continue operating under your own brand and client relationships. Ansius provides the structured hiring infrastructure to make your process faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
This is not a salaried role. This is a performance-based partnership.

What You Will Do
- Manage your own recruitment clients

You remain responsible for client acquisition, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
Requirements
Critical Requirements
- Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process
- Fluent professional English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for revenue and results
Important Requirements
- Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting
- Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers
- Comfort and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems
- Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes
- Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume
- Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation
