Overview
ANS Group is seeking a Project Manager - Digital to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes by managing projects from initiation to handover. Your role will include organizing dynamic Hackathons and leading AI delivery through modern Co-Pilot solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and budgets
- Lead governance meetings and reporting (RAID logs, updates, budget tracking)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support senior project leads on large-scale programmes
- Ensure smooth handovers to Managed Services
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales during the sales cycle
- Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with project governance tools (RAID, HLRs, etc.)
- Solid understanding of budget and scope management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform implementations or digital sector projects
