Position Summary: Field Installer
Anova is seeking a Field Installer to join our team to assist in the installation process of telemetry devices on various tanks. The Field Installer will be a key player in the on-site customer relationship and quality assurance of installations performed for those customers. This is a full-time position with approximately 75% travel each week. Based on the scope of installation project and customer support, travel could include overnight and weekend stays for lengthier projects, with expenses covered/reimbursed by the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to install monitors.
- Safely perform device installations on residential and commercial tanks (contents can consist of propane, fuels, lubricants, DEF, cooking oil, etc.).
- Utilize basic tools such as a screwdriver, tape measure, pipe wrench, drill, ladder, and a smartphone for Anova’s mobile applications.
- Escalate any customer concerns to the Installation Coordinator or Installation Program Manager.
- Participate in meetings with customers, sales, and installations as a representative of the installation department.
- Review and report on daily/weekly progress.
- Primary job duties involve 75% travel on a Monday through Friday basis, including some weekends. Typical work is regional, with travel by vehicle; some air travel may be required for larger projects.
- Draft, create, or edit additional or existing training documentation related to the field installation program.
- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot installation issues.
- Onboarding and training will take place at the Anova Nebraska office.
- OSHA 10 course and OSHA fall training will be provided.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1 year of experience working in a hands-on/technical function or successful completion of a career technical high-school program.
- Safe, confident, articulate, and effective communicator with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreams.
- Valid standard driver license with a clean driving record.
- Able to operate a mobile phone to activate and set up cellular monitors for fuel and lubricant tanks.
- Proficient with simple hand tools (screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.).
- Able to manage time effectively and efficiently, to travel through an assigned route with many stops.
- Personable with the public, as the role will include end-customer interaction.
- Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office – Excel Basics are a must; Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.) are a plus!

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
- Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel periodically.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
Work Authorization
