Essential Job Functions

  • Leads pathology and laboratory medicine teams.
  • Manages human and material resources efficiently.

  • Coordinates outreach, budgeting, documentation and operational changes.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and quality management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requires a Master’s degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of progressive experience in pediatric laboratory, healthcare administration, and finance. Certification in ASCP, NCA, or equivalent is required.
