The role of Senior Managing Director Global Strategic Advisory, Human Capital is an executive position designed to sell, lead, and manage complex human capital management engagements.

Role Overview
This executive-level role is ideal for a rainmaker with a strong personal brand in human capital. The candidate must generate $3 - $5 million+ annually and possess deep expertise across human capital disciplines including compensation, organization development, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and convert business opportunities to generate $3 - $5 million+ annually.
- Sell consulting services and drive revenue growth across industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell complementary service offerings.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and develop key account plans.
- Translate business strategy into people strategy including workforce planning and HRIS optimization.
- Lead high-visibility, cross-enterprise initiatives sponsored by executive stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, deliver presentations, and represent Ankura at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of business development experience in consulting services.
- Proven revenue generation of $3 - $5 million+ annually.
- Strong personal brand and deep market-making relationships in human capital.
- Expertise in people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Experience in engagement management, client presentations and team leadership.
- Strong administrative skills including record-keeping and receivables management.
