Role Overview
The Senior Managing Director Data & Technology IT Transformation is an executive level role focused on driving new business origination, delivering complex client engagements, and scaling the IT advisory team for private equity and corporate M&A. The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with deep technical expertise and a record of generating $3 - $5 million+ annually.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and convert business opportunities generating significant revenue.
- Establish strategic roadmaps and go-to-market plans for IT Transformation.
- Lead IT engagements, advising on M&A, due diligence, carve-outs, and integrations.
- Develop proposals, presentations and engage in public speaking and marketing events.
- Innovate and enhance technological capabilities within the Data & Technology group.
Requirements
Candidates should have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field along with 15+ years of progressive experience in M&A advisory. A strong personal brand, deep market-making relationships and a proven track record with private equity clients are essential. Financial analysis skills, end-to-end strategy and execution experience, and expertise in IT transformation are critical.
