About AniCura Wiesbaden Schierstein
At AniCura Wiesbaden Schierstein, we cover the entire spectrum of small animal medicine and surgery, with a unique specialization in ophthalmology. With 9 veterinarians, we are a supra-regional, international referral center, boasting over 35 years of expertise in veterinary ophthalmology in addition to modern technology. Alongside these specialties, we also offer general veterinary practice services to our own non-referred patients.
Your Responsibilities as Rezeptionist/Customer Service Employee
- First point of contact for our pet owners
- Reception and intake of patients
- Billing for treatments
- Cash management in collaboration with accounting

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a medical, service-oriented, or commercial field (e.g., Veterinary Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, Medical Technical Assistant, Dental Medical Assistant, Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant – but career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, or retail are also welcome)
- Friendly and communicative in dealing with clients
- Team-oriented, reliable, and strong in organization
- Proficient in MS-Office applications or one of the common practice management software systems
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)
