About the Role
As a Site Administration Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, community members, volunteers, and staff. Your role involves providing a warm welcome, helpful guidance, and reliable administrative support. You will manage various site coordination and administrative tasks, ensuring the centre runs smoothly and all visitors feel safe and respected. This permanent part-time position allows you to make a direct difference in the community every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming, safe, and professional front-desk experience for all visitors.
- Providing friendly, sensitive, and confidential advice on AnglicareSA services.
- Delivering efficient, day-to-day administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Supporting financial processes, such as petty cash management and invoicing.
- Managing supplies and site resources to ensure the centre is well-stocked and budget-aligned.

- Proven experience in administration, reception, and/or customer service roles.
- Strong Microsoft Office and digital systems skills.
