The Role: Administration Officer Program Support

As an Administration Officer Program Support, you will be a vital part of our Community for Children's team. This desk-based role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating community events and training, and assisting in the delivery of impactful projects for families and children. While primarily desk-based, opportunities to engage directly with the community and witness your work's impact will be available. This position is located in Elizabeth, offered as a .8FTE (Fixed-Term Equivalent) role until 31st January 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating bookings, meetings, and community events with meticulous precision and care.
  • Supporting contract and procurement processes, including invoicing and accurate data entry.
  • Developing engaging newsletters, comprehensive briefing notes, and compelling promotional materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records and actively contributing to quality and risk management systems.
