About the Role

The Senior Product Manager, Marketplace is responsible for leading strategic initiatives in our marketplace group. This role focuses on products such as matching, pricing, search, and spam detection - core elements that drive our customer experience and monetization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the US product-engineering matching team.
  • Monitor product health metrics and ensure proper observability.
  • Drive cross-functional projects across Pro, Homeowner, and Growth pillars.
  • Analyze data to make informed, data-driven product decisions.
  • Develop and execute a compelling product roadmap.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years product experience with engineering team leadership.
  • Deep analytical skills and experience with large scale testing.
  • Proficient with SQL and data monitoring tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Driven to innovate and improve product strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary band ranges from $130,000 to $210,000 based on experience. This role includes a competitive year-end performance bonus, equity package, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, flexible vacation, pet discount plans, and a 401K with company match.
