Job Details
The Clinical Pharmacist will ensure quality standards for medication profiles are met through careful management, review, and verification. This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, and the development of team capabilities through leadership and follow-up within a call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
- Verification of hard copy and digital Rxs.
- Communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email.
- Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
- Ensuring all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
- Embodying AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Active license in state of residence.
Experience
- Experience with pharmacist verification work.
- Clinical Judgement Expertise.
- Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus.

Physical/Mental Demands
This position is administrative and requires hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The role may involve commuting to multiple site locations within an assigned territory and working extended hours as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring an average of 40 hours per week, with availability outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules may be adjusted as needed.
Travel
Travel may be required for special organization or department events, team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and client engagements.
