Founded in 2002, Aneo is a tech-first consulting firm that supports CAC 40 companies, ETIs, and start-ups in their digital transformations.

By joining Aneo, you will integrate a firm recognized for its partnership level with Amazon Web Services, which is rare in France and Europe, particularly on HPC and AI topics. Our missions are part of a tripartite model: Aneo – AWS – clients (banking, industry, biotech), where solutions are co-built with AWS teams and clients. This positioning allows us to lead advanced, critical, and large-scale AWS migration and modernization programs. Over fifteen have been carried out in recent years.

A wide range of impactful cloud, AI, and HPC projects, both locally and internationally:

• Modernization of complex cloud infrastructures, transforming legacy or on-premise environments into automated, robust, and high-performance AWS platforms.
• Industrialization of the scaling and automation of IT systems in the cloud.
• Advanced audits (security, performance, costs, green IT) with actionable recommendations.
• Deployment and optimization of AI/ML and HPC software on AWS, with a constant focus on performance, scalability, and cost control.
• Design of high-performance computing architectures capable of scaling to several thousand, or even tens of thousands, of cores, in collaboration with AWS and business experts.
• Migrations of on-premise computing clusters to AWS, from architecture to production.
• First projects on sovereign cloud (S3NS, OVHcloud, Qarnot), exploring hybrid and multi-cloud models.
• Supervision of project teams and support for more junior profiles.

Job Requirements

Profile sought:

• Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and quality-conscious.
• Comfortable with AWS cloud environments (clean architecture, serverless, IaC...).
• A strong DevOps culture (Kubernetes, scripting, CI/CD).
• Able to communicate in English in a technical context (minimum B2+ level).
• Ready to take on technical leadership or management responsibilities if needed.

Experience in large-scale projects (HPC, multi-core, critical infrastructure) is particularly appreciated, as is a background in AI/ML or sovereign cloud.

Practical Information

• Annual gross salary: up to €100 K depending on profile
• 3 days of remote work per week possible
• Location: Boulogne-Billancourt
• Start date: As soon as possible
