Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager at Revenue Operations Manager will drive efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic alignment across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role acts as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that the necessary tools, insights, and processes are in place to scale effectively.

What You'll Do
- Core RevOps Ownership: Lead RevOps functions to streamline GTM processes and partner with leadership across the sales cycle, marketing funnel, and customer success lifecycle.
- Systems & Tools: Own and administer HubSpot with a focus on automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting; manage and optimize the GTM tech stack.
- Data & Governance: Establish data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance; define data standards with GTM stakeholders.
- Analytics & Insights: Provide strategic insights into pipeline health, revenue strategy, and customer engagement, translating data into clear recommendations.
- Hands-On Execution: Execute tasks from HubSpot administration to AI-driven insights application to optimize revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Management in B2B SaaS within complex, global environments.
- Advanced HubSpot administration experience covering automation, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of GTM tools and system integrations such as Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Sigma, and AI-driven solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to serve as a strategic advisor while effectively handling day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
