About The Maritime Application Team

The Maritime Application Team transforms core platform technology into mission-winning capabilities. Embedded within the Lattice Platform, this specialized software team accelerates delivery of critical applications for autonomous maritime systems including Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry. The team builds foundational solutions for today that will evolve into tomorrow's platform-wide advancements.

About The Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager Maritime App, you will serve as the key force multiplier in the maritime application engineering organization. You will operate at the nexus of engineering, product, and business operations, owning complex, mission-critical initiatives from planning through to launch. This role is focused not just on tracking timelines but also on strategic direction, risk mitigation, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of a software product from UI to core infrastructure.
  • Work with engineering and product leads to define scope and create clear roadmaps.
  • Serve as the communication hub for all stakeholders from engineers to executives.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and ensure sound architectural decisions.
  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Continuously refine software development and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years in technical program management or engineering leadership. Strong technical aptitude, understanding of SDLC, and experience managing complex software projects. Ability to leverage data and metrics in decision-making; experienced in operating with minimal structure. Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with simulation, autonomous systems, and UI development in defense/military contexts. Experience writing production software and relevant professional certifications (CISSP, Prosci, SAFe, or PMP). Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

US Salary Range: $166,000—$220,000 USD.
