About the Job

This Infrastructure Architect role supports Infrastructure Engineering across multiple disciplines: Network, Systems, and Cloud.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with executive management, business lines, and vendors to define infrastructure requirements.
• Create strategic infrastructure plans, roadmaps, and policies aligning with business objectives.
• Establish stakeholder relationships to anticipate and guide infrastructure needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance capabilities.
• Manage data center capacity and forecast strategic growth requirements.
• Monitor, optimize, and implement cost-control measures for efficient resource utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to engineers and IT staff.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure experience; 3+ years at Senior Engineer/Architect level.
• Expertise in at least one key infrastructure domain (networking, systems, or cloud) and familiarity with another.
• Proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
• Proven success in large-scale infrastructure design and enterprise migrations.
• Deep understanding of security, disaster recovery, and high availability.

Compensation & Benefits

The US salary range is estimated between $154,000 and $231,000 USD, with highly competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits.
