About The Role

As a Frontend Engineer at Andiamo, you will be responsible for crafting fast, accessible, and elegant user interfaces. This role involves translating complex workflows into simple, responsive UI that users love to interact with.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern frameworks like React/TypeScript and contemporary CSS/layout techniques.
  • Implement robust component libraries, ensuring high standards of accessibility (WCAG) and adhering to performance budgets.
  • Integrate seamlessly with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs, effectively managing application state and data caching.
  • Write comprehensive tests, actively participate in code reviews, and deploy features efficiently through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to iterate on user experience and drive product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in building and deploying production-ready web frontends.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript and expertise in optimizing browser performance.
  • Proven experience with testing methodologies, implementing accessibility standards, and working with design systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a deep sense of user empathy in UI/UX development.
