About the Role
Andersen Legal, the Greek member firm of Andersen Global®, is seeking a Data Privacy Junior Associate Lawyer for its TMT & Data team. This role involves guiding clients through complex data privacy matters, focusing on GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a law degree with strong academic credentials and an LLM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Data Protection, Privacy Law, TMT, Cybersecurity Law, or EU Law. They should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, proven skills in advising on data protection laws, and excellent command of both Greek and English.
- Advising on complex data privacy and GDPR matters
- Drafting legal documents and strategic advice
- Collaborating with a dynamic TMT & Data team
- Mentoring junior team members
- Engaging in innovative legal projects in AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
