Role Overview - Senior Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial ecosystem, ensuring the integrity of our general ledger and driving a timely monthly close. This is a high-impact position designed for a professional with 3–5 years of experience. We’re open to east coast USA, Canada, or those willing to work EST hours if located elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries for COGS and Opex.
- Complex Reconciliations: Perform high-level reconciliations for bank accounts and accruals.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined solutions.
- Audit Support: Support external audits with documentation and schedules.
- Accounts Payable Management: Initiate wires and run weekly payable reports using NetSuite.
- T&E and Corporate Credit Cards: Manage reconciliations and policy enforcement for expense programs.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; public or mixed experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills across all company levels.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.
