The Role: Product Marketing Content Specialist
The Member of Product Marketing, Content sits at the center of how Anchorage tells its story and scales its impact. As PMM for Content, you’ll turn customer outcomes and product capabilities into clear proof that drives sales and builds trust. You’ll create high-impact content, manage our enablement repository, and ensure messaging is consistent and actionable, while owning the monthly customer newsletter.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex product capabilities and customer outcomes into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Develop and manage a centralized enablement repository, ensuring content is up-to-date and messaging is consistent.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create high-impact content and Go-To-Market assets.
- Own the creation and distribution of the monthly customer newsletter.
- Utilize AI and content tooling to scale content creation and improve quality.
What You Bring
- Experience creating content and enablement for institutional audiences.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to develop and distribute high-impact content and GTM assets.
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong focus on synthesizing customer insights to inform messaging and positioning.
- Willingness to dive deep into complex product details and translate them into clear, differentiated narratives across demos, case studies, thought leadership, and customer newsletters.
- Proficiency with AI tools to scale content creation, streamline workflows, and improve quality.
