Overview

The KYC Operations Member Onboarding role at Anchorage Digital is key in executing KYC due diligence for institutional clients. You will be part of a team that continuously enhances KYC programs in line with regulatory standards and the company's BSA/AML Compliance Framework.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform client KYC reviews for new prospects and existing clients.
  • Develop deep knowledge of institutional KYC requirements for both traditional and crypto native entities.
  • Lead and own processes from start to finish to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to prioritize and manage review pipelines.
  • Participate in cross-team calls and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in due diligence reviews for institutional client types including banks, investment managers, and funds.
  • Ability to compile AML/non-AML due diligence from public research.
  • Proven project management and facilitation skills within cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail in client-facing roles.
  • Bonus: Experience with crypto-native institutions and knowledge of multi-jurisdictional requirements.
